Our Mission & Impact
Q: What does “Iron Pines” mean?
A: It’s a symbol of dual strength—iron, forged through pressure and pain, and pines, resilient and rooted in even the harshest landscapes. Together, they represent the balance of strength and healing.
Q: Are you a non-profit?
A: No—we’re a for-profit small business with a purpose. Iron Pines was created to raise awareness around trauma, resilience, and mental health healing through the lens of the outdoors. While we’re not currently donating a percentage of profits, our phase two goal is to partner with and support non-profit mental health organizations, especially those helping youth and survivors of trauma. We're building the foundation now so we can give back in a big way later. Subscribe if you'd like to hear more about this program when it becomes available.
Q: Can I suggest a nonprofit or program for you to support in the future?

Product & Sizing Info
Q: How do your shirts and hoodies fit?
A: Our apparel runs true to size with a retail fit—not too slim, not too boxy. If you like a looser fit, we recommend sizing up. You’ll find detailed size guides on each product page.
Q: How are your products made?
A: Every item is made-to-order through a print-on-demand model using high-quality blank apparel (like Bella+Canvas) that’s ethically sourced. That means:
No mass production
Lower environmental impact
No wasted inventory
Products are printed in the U.S. and shipped from regional facilities to reduce transit time and carbon footprint.
Orders & Shipping
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: Most items ship within 3–7 business days after you place your order. Since we print each item on demand, that little extra time helps reduce waste and ensures your gear is made just for you. Shipping times vary based on your location, but you’ll get tracking info as soon as it’s on the move.
Q: Where do you ship?
A: Right now, we ship across the United States and to most international locations. If your country doesn’t appear at checkout, shoot us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Because each item is printed on demand, we can’t accept general returns or exchanges for things like wrong size or change of heart. That said, we get it—mistakes happen. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or otherwise not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Q: How do I report a damaged or incorrect order?
A: Email us at support@ironpines.co with your order number and photos of the issue. We’ve got your back and will either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
